Douglas Baird, President
Prior to taking over Ercolini Insurance in 1990, Doug was the owner of Village Insurance in Newton, after managing Marston Insurance in Braintree, Massachusetts. With an M.B.A. from Suffolk University, he’s spent his entire professional life working in the insurance business. Doug is an avid traveler, having journeyed throughout Europe, including France, Ireland, the U.K., Germany, Denmark and Switzerland. When he’s not traveling or working, Doug resides in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

Patricia Wood, CIC, Treasurer
Patti hails from the South Shore of Massachusetts, where she has resided and raised her family for over 30 years. With more than 30 years experience as an insurance professional, Patti is a Certified Insurance Counselor whose in-depth knowledge and common sense approach enable her to craft efficient, creative solutions for her clients. Patti enjoys traveling for vacation, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Gina McGrath, Account Executive
Gina lives in Woburn, Massachusetts, with her husband, daughters, and her golden retriever Rusty. Weekends are busy with an active schedule of basketball, soccer and swimming. Gina’s travels have taken her to Hawaii, Mexico, Las Vegas and Disneyworld, and she enjoys spending summer vacations at various beautiful New England locales. Since joining the agency in 1988, Gina specializes in handling home and auto insurance coverage.

Richard Barrett, Marketing Representative
The newest member of Ercolini Insurance, Rick joined the agency in 2004. Prior to entering the insurance profession, Rick attended culinary school and was an accomplished chef and restaurant manager in the greater Boston area. Rick is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer, having recently completed the National Alliance Producer Training program at the top of his class. Rick focuses on managing both personal and business accounts, as well as producing new business.
